No booster bot
I have no booster bot on candy crush (additional bonuses when finishing levels consecutively). Both my husbands and my sons phone has it on their account but I do not. I never had the old one, never got the new one after the update.
At first, I thought it was because of my old phone so I upgraded from iPhone 6 to iPhone 12, still didn't receive it.
Originally, I knew I didn't have this feature but I also didn't mind. Now that I level up, this game is making it impossibly hard to level up further so I need this feature.

@bincymol Hi and welcome, The build a bot was replaced by the win streak / candy necklace feature and is available from level 200 onwards
The Win Streak / Candy Necklace feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and clear your app or browser cache and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible

Hello and welcome, Booster Bot is replaced by Candy Necklace, with exactly same features. If you do not have necklace Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. It might still be unavailable as it's a test feature.

So why would I sign-out and restart my device risking the loss of all the other things I have saved up if it is a test feature that I'll possibly not have even after doing all that. This is not fair to me. I have spent hours on this game, the least the game can do is provide me with the features everyone else has. I need this urgently as I am losing motivation and struggling to level up.

Does logging out make me lose all the other things that I have saved up such as the pink circle, lollipop etc.

@bincymol Hi Again, Logging out does not cause you to lose boosters. The standard troubleshooting for the game involves logging out and restarting your device. On mobile devices the boosters can be lost if your device or game crashes, or you uninstall or clear data, but not from logging out of a saved game
