Hello and welcome, please check your device and game are up to date, if playing via a browser clear the cache entirely. Log out if possible and restart your device. Then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If still the same and playing via a browser, try using another browser to see if you have the same result.
Had to uninstall and reinstall, lost all my boosters that I saved and paid for aling with all my lives given to me. SUCKS!
The app stopped loading and it was a candy crush problem. All my data was updated. Other people have had the same problem.

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
However, you need to contact our player support to get the purchased boosters back.
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
