I successfully asked for support in the past to get a reset to level 1. Thank you
Crazy Cat Lad: Community Manager was able to reset my game using my Candy Crush Saga ID. 11632463686
I have sent a few requests to him for a reset again, but I’m not getting any response. I hope he is well. Is there any other person with admin privileges who can reset my game?

Ideally, if I could, I would reset my game level. The alternative is to constantly scroll back through hundreds of levels, or make a new game account. I have enough email accounts and passwords already. It’s much simpler to get a reset.
If someone in admin could do this I would appreciate it. Many thanks.

Thanks for replying. As I wrote, I feel it is unnecessary to create new accounts each time for a reset, and yes, in the past I contacted customer support many times and got a series of generic links to game tips, but no actual support to deal with my request: resetting my game. I came back to this support forum and my request was actioned. I believe that the person I contacted 3 times over the last week is part of customer support. If they are unavailable perhaps someone else could help.
@kingofkingsmac If you have not receive a reply from crazy cat lad it may be he is away or extremely busy at present and he is the only one that can do this for you. He is not customer support but the Community Manager for the candy crush community
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game,
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Problems - Contact us and send them an email explaining you want your game account reset to level 1
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Thank you for the link. It was very limited in the auto fill selection options, they had nothing that related to my request to reset the game. I pushed ahead, hopefully the disconnect between the auto field and my actual request will not cause problems. It’s such a simple request, a reset to level 1. It’s not easy to get it done. Is there a reason why the player cannot be given the ability reset their level in Candy Crush Saga?
Sorry, I checked, and Support hasn’t responded to my email yet and the Candy Crush Saga game hasn’t been reset. I think we need to give them time to respond. So, with the greatest respect, the issue hasn’t been solved and you were unable to shed any light on the question of player access to reset their game. But thank you for replying.
