Yes, it is so annoying that the general reply was that you're in "one group" or "another group". Most companies will beta test new features with a small group but once they are functional, they are released to the entire group. Features are not added then removed, then added for someone else and removed, etc. The removal of features you have enjoyed for years is ridiculous.

I am convinced that my free boosters etc were removed after I finally gave into buying some extra items to finish a very difficult game.
Now I have paid once, no more freebies!
Shame after 5 years and no problems before now, it all stops - I have warned my fellow crushers to watch out!!!

Hello, I play this game a long time ago, I like it a lot.
About the videos, i didn’t got those like 2 years ago, and my friends have it. I don’t think is fair for all the people that don’t have it. Once we play the game, everyone should get the same things !!!

Seems as if as soon as I made a purchase I lost the ability to watch ads as well as the booster wheel to win extra moves. Not sure why you want to punish people for making a purchase. Won't be buying anything again!

Seems to be the case, have read lots of similar comments and King are still saying that it is due to testing???

I lost the ads as soon as I spent money on the game. I was then on lvl. 2150. I’ve spent money only this once. This means that I will delete the game.

Hi and welcome to the community.
Unfortunately, the "watching Ad" or "extra moves wheel" are only made available to certain players that were randomly selected as the test group. But don't lose hope because it may be made available to you from time to time. You just have to ensure that your app is up to date and keep playing as usual.

@aijaziqbal Same here. This was supposed to be a fun relaxing game and the fact that they now made it competitive and some people are flying by me on levels (and they need to tell me about it) because they get free things is just not worth it for me. I have played this game for years and enjoyed it until recently.
