@Werner_Cichy I can inform you that in the last week it happen to me a lot too and my Internet connection is very good and stable. Some time part of the friends are cartoon and others normal, sometimes all are cartoon and me normal. In this case I logout and login again thru Facebook. I hear in the groop from many players have this issue.

@wilma10 Hi and welcome, If this is your Avatar or your friends avatars in the game this normally happens when your facebook account has become disconnected from the server for whatever reason. To get your avatar back you would need to log out and reconnect to your facebook account to establish a facebook connection. If this is your friends avatars it may be there accounts have become disconnected and that is why its showing the king avatars.
If a Facebook account becomes disconnected for any reason it reverts to the standard king cartoon avatars
