PC not updated level from iPhone

HELP! I am on level 4329 on my phone app but when I try to play on my PC, it shows I'm still on level 4306. How do I get my PC to update to the level I'm on on my phone?

@jmericka Hi and welcome, Please try checking game is up to date , log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this syncs your levels correctly

@jmericka Try on your original device to make sure your game has saved as maybe the reason your levels have not synced to your other device

It is saved on my phone. This screenshot is from my PC. It won't allow me to sign up with email or continue with FB. I click on them and it doesn't do anything.

hen I open the game on my PC, it shows I'm not logged in and it won't let me sign in. See photo

@jmericka Hi again, Strange? clear the cache from your browser and restart you device and then try logging back in / continuing with facebook. see if this resolves the issue
