Good afternoon,
I had to reinstall the game on my phone today and although it connected to my Facebook account, I had lost all of my boosters. I had about 40 color bombs, 40 striped and wrapped, 13 jelly fish, 4 lucky candies, 30 Coconut Wheels, 3 Hammers, 5 switch hands, and 10 striped paintbrushes I just bought yesterday. Is there a way you can look into my account? If not, I may just stop playing, which I don't want to do.

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

If you uninstall your game, your boosters may be lost. You can read it in the help center under gear - question mark. When you have bought the booster, please go to buy gold bars and send an email under Contact. Please include your ID number.
