I have a friend who isn't getting the Twilight games. Is it available to everyone?

    @jfbal51 Hi and welcome, No not everybody will get the event. It is given to groups of randomly selected people.

    Welcome to the King Community.

    The Twilight feature belongs to the test group so not everyone will get this feature. Before any change is implemented a randomly chosen group of players is selected to trial the feature, and based upon how the change is viewed king then decide whether the change is one they want to adopt or not. This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this same time.

    Thanks for the information. However, this is so disappointing. We are both on the upper levels and since she isn't getting the chance to play the Twilight game she doesn't have an opportunity to win any of the helpful candies, especially the UFO. The Star Tournament is impossible, so there's no way on winning anything there. So, for at least the 3 weeks of the Twilight games she is getting zippo help! So sad for her.

    @jfbal51 Hi Again, Yes some times is just the luck of the draw, but how its always been.

    Get her to make sure her device and game are up to date and log out and restart the device then log back in. This will ensure she is getting the features available to her

    I play Twilight games or similar games like Dexter but I never ever get prizes even when I am number one or top three. Unless I happen to be logged on and playing exactly when the game expires, I can't collect anything. This happens every single time. If I am in first place and I stop playing for a few hours and come back after the game has ended, the winner board has disappeared and isn't waiting for me to collect the prize. Why is this? It happens now and it happened with Dexter and any similar challenges. Once the game is over, it shouldn't matter when I play again to collect the prize. Even if I am suddenly not in the top three anymore, the leader board should still be there to tell me what place I finished in but it never is.
