Lost progress & gold bars

I have just completely lost all progress, I'm at level 5351 but in my tablet I've dropped to level 1 & also lost all gold bars I've purchased?

So sad it's a great lose 😱.. did you uninstall your game??? .. because once I faced this problem because of I was uninstalled my app once and again I installed then I lose all boosters and gold bars to.. and then again I started saving my game ..I'm sorry to hear @nlennon ..

No & even if I did uninstall I save to facebook & all progress comes back,on my phone I'm at level 5351 but the yellow bar we fill up(not sure what its called)has dropped from in the hundreds to number 2 & I suddenly started getting free boosters & been restarted on fantastic 5 etc

In done,cant play anymore, I uninstalled it on my phone & lost all paid for gold bars/boosters & been dropped to 1st level, this isnt a fault of mine so until its sorted I wont be able to play until it's all restored.
