Level 3759

This level seems to have changed in the last few months. I get 19 moves to clear 120 jellies and 2 ingredients. The bottom 4 rows covered in chocolate and marmalade. There are 3 chocolate mixers (columns 3, 5, 7). 97 games so far, and got down to 1 move once ( sadly didn’t have a lolly hammer). Since then nowhere near as close no matter how many boosters I have started with. And when I add Swedish fish, 4 times out of 5 have only 1 on the first move. How helpful is that? When does King decide a level has become too hard and add a few extra moves?
