Hello and welcome, hopefully Kiara_Wael's video was helpful. Also try these tips:
Level 1698 is a double task level, you need to clear the jelly at the same time as collecting 4 ingredients.
The exits are at the bottom of the right side of the board, so work on that side to get the ingredients there and once they are over the exits a vertical stripe or stripe/wrap combo will get them out.
The conveyors can be a help or a hindrance. They can either bring the ingredients to the right side of the board or take them away, so watch them all the time and if they are going the wrong way try to drop the ingredients off them and get them in the spaces between the conveyors until you can get them out of the exits, either with a stripe or a combo.
The hardest jellies are in the middle of the board so don't miss any chances to clear those.
