Please remember to tell Game ID. How to find ID:
- Open the game and tap the 'My Profile' on the Start Menu. You can also tap the Settings in the right upper corner on the game map.
- Select the 'My Profile' button.
- On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above, and this should reveal your Game ID.
Hope this helps. Please remember to tell Player Support what level you're on.

If you deleted your Facebook account where your game was saved on, then your game progress will also be gone.
If you had the Facebook account synced with a King account, you can get back the levels to connect to your King account.
Otherwise, please connect the game to a new Facebook or King account and then email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center and ask them to move you to the same level on your new account. Remember to choose "Game didn't save" as the subtopic!
