My and my wife candy crush saga account merged

Hello, i am new here. Need help!

Accidentally my and my wife account had merged. After that I logged out on my mobile and log in again but all my inventory was empty and the problem remain same. Attached screenshot for your information.

Help me please to access my own account.

@nilju37 Hi and welcome, When two accounts become merged they cannot be separated. All you can do in this case is the person who has lost there account due to the merge. Will need to create a new game account and then contact customer support to get there levels manually restored

Hello, my new user id is 12413336211. I was playing 4778 level and having 516 gold bar with my previous ID. Could you please help me to restore manually?

@nilju37 Hi Again, unfortunately yes as a merged account cannot be seperated.

You need to contact customer support regarding getting your levels restored. Link in first post
