Problem with connectivity

I see other players are having a similar problem and I know it is being worked on. I just wanted to add my specific problem.

I've reinstalled CCSaga a few times. I didn't lose my progress or my boosters but after a few games I get a "server error" message when I access the Chocolate Box or the Fantastic Five. I am still able to play the game but really no point if I don't get credit for my successes.

    I didn't get any points for fantastic five for at least 10 levels, from 8901 on till 8910. Also the jewelbox didn't show up after having found the key. I was on line all the time.

    I'm having server problems too, been like this for a few days now, I can access thru farm heroes but not CC saga. When I click to claim rewards etc, I get couldn't contact server
