Stuck at Loading

Game stuck on loading at opening screen. I have tried mulitple browsers, logging out, clearing the cache. Using Chrome on Windows 10.

Hello and welcome to the community.
The first thing we need to do is make sure that your device is running as smoothly as possible. Please use these some trouble-shooting steps for Windows 10 to help to resolve any underlying technical issues which may be impacting your game.
Please also check you have the most recent game version installed in your Windows Store. You can do this by following the steps below:
- Open your Windows Store.
- Click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner.
- Choose 'Downloads and Updates'
- Click on 'Get Updates'. If any updates are available here they’ll begin to install automatically. If the game doesn’t show up then there are no updates required.
As a last resort, please reinstall the game app on your device.
Please note that any unsaved game progress, saved messages or boosters will be lost by uninstalling the app. This will also reset your progress in any features or challenges you're playing.
You can uninstall the app by searching for the game name in your ‘Search’ bar on your PC. When you see it appear, right-click on the name. From here, please choose ‘Uninstall’ from the list of options.
To reinstall, simply search for this again in your Windows Store.

Having the same issues - game is stuck on loading in Edge and in Chrome. Everything is up to date. The troubleshooting suggestions did not help.

have you tried downloading the windows 10 app version of the game as this is a far more stable platform to play on.

I want to play via the Edge and/or Chrome browsers - not just in the Win 10 app. It worked great until a couple days ago.

Hi, If you have done the standard tyroubleshooting tips for browsers and its not helped then not much else you can do at present. I have no issues via Facebook on chrome or edge and i do not know of any major issues at present
Check windows and browser are up to date, clear the cache from your browser entirely. restart your device and then try logging back in
