Lost level

Hi I'm failing to retrieve my level I have been sent back to level 1 and it seems my initial game wasn't saved. I'm not connected to Facebook as well.

Since you have not previously linked the game through any account, your game progress was completely lost.

However, even if you lose the game progress completely, we have a way to get your game progress back.

That means your game progress can be set manually so let me know if you want it, also you can reset the game progress from player support by following the link above.

Thanks for your reply and let's try to get you back on track. You need to create a new Facebook or Kingdom account then connect the game to the new account. Once the account is connected to the game, play a few levels, then let us know your Game ID here.

Also let me know what level you were at.
