Hi @marymary69 Can you explain a bit more about your problem. I have found that the Sweet Cinema doesn't seem to have a set routine. Sometimes it can appear after every level, but sometimes it only appears once an Episode. Just keep playing and you might find that it is working.

All functions and temporary events in King games, including the video function, are test features that the Studio randomly launches to groups of players so they are not always available and not for all players. Sometimes it's up to some and other times it's up to others, so if you've been able to enjoy that feature for a while and now you don't see it, it means you're not in the group, keep your browser and your game updated, maybe see her again sometime.
