Why have levels been swapped when playing through FB?

As of last week I've noticed levels have been swapped when playing through FB. As you might know, I'm one of the admins of the Candy Crush Saga All Help-group. Members started complaining that the help at Lynn Kirby her blog didn't match their level. I started checking, and noticed this "swapping" of levels. For example: level 2995 has been swapped with level 3005, level 4613 with level 4623, level 4755 with level 4756, level 5986 with level 5987, and level 6202 with level 6203 (and I'm pretty sure there's more). Do you realize that people are really getting frustrated with this? With your messing up? I can't call it differently, sorry. What are you doing? And why? Please do get this sorted, back to the way it was.

I checked the levels and as I said many levels tweaking and updating at the moment. Therefore the versions can be different on different devices until all platforms are updated.
However, I will send your statement to my team and I will inform you as soon as I receive any latest information.

@Sukanta_Biswas I agree with @José_Savelkoul. Do not know if it was accidentally or intentionally to make the existing videos not relevant.

This isn't tweaking anymore, or updating, this is swapping. And it's not just when playing through FB, but it's also happening on some mobile devices. So again, what have you done? Do you really want to lose players because they're getting too frustrated with you guys and quit playing?

Do you think this is fun @LindQ ? Because it really isn't. It's just insane, and there's absolutely no use to do this. It's only frustrating more and more players. They can't find the help they're looking for anymore. I'm one of the admins of Lynn Kirby her Candy Crush Saga All Help-group. Lynn Kirby is a very dedicated lady and has her own blog with tips and video's for all levels. Members can't find help for their level anymore because of what you're doing. Please do THINK, and show us sanity. Please do get this fixed asap (the position of the levels back to the way they were originally). Thanks in advance.

Please do. By the way, the way you replied at Tzvi Marcu's post about level 4600: "moving some levels around to make the player experience as good as possible?". And then that smiley behind it? That's why I asked you, do you think this is fun? I guess you haven't thought of the consequences when players are looking for help. This swapping only leads to frustration.

Alright, I have heard back from the team and this is what I can say as of right now. You've all probably figured out that this is a test that has gone out to many players. The purpose is not to confuse anyone looking for help, but to solve an issue and in the end make the game a better experience for everyone playing it. We can't give out exact information about ongoing tests, since it's not confirmed that it will go out to all our players yet.
I understand that it'll cause some frustration for those that are looking for help with levels, but we believe that ultimately this will be a change for the better for new players going through these levels for the first time. We have always made changes to earlier levels, sometimes it's more apparent than others. There is a reason behind the change, we are always looking to make the game a better experience for everyone, and time will tell if we keep this change or not. But it is intentional, and as of right now we don't have any plans to revert the test.
I hope that can answer at least some of the questions you have about the recent swaps for some players 😊

It's a test? Are you for real? I'm just looking at this through the eyes of a customer, but I can only see this as messing up big time, you're really losing it. I'm sorry to say, but my disappointment is growing and growing, just like your list of glitches in the game. I wish you also still could see this through customers eyes, not as one of King's people.

Swapping these leves does not benefit us as a company, as a matter of fact it takes us time to plan and do and it does not generate any extra income for us. It is purely done to better the experience for the players.
I do understand that for those looking for help-videos this can be confusing, but a lot of players do not use videos as help. The aim is to make the overall experience better. When the test has finished running I can let you know the purpose of it, and maybe you can see why it would be beneficial at that point 😊
