@Stretch21 Hi and welcome, This is a long running issue and do not think any of us really knows what causes this to happen but it does for us all now and again. i do know some game updates have caused this and would also say if you leave your game would close the app down as a few people also stated when they have left the game for a while and gone back there's has reset as well. Unfortunately all we can do is start it off again and hope it does not happen again

We're sorry that your Wining Streak count has been reset, since you did not fail at any level, so this issue may have been caused by a temporary problem. Unfortunately Studio can't reverse the progress of the Wining Streak and you have to collect the Streaks from the beginning.
Always keep the game app updated and keep playing the game and let us know if you encounter such problems again.

Hello and welcome, try the standard troubleshooting. Check your device is up to date, if playing via a browser clear the cache and then restart your device and see if this resolves your issue.
This does occasionally happen and if you play multi device you will find this happens a lot more. Also make sure any levels you finish that they register before you leave the game as if it fails to register correctly you will get this problem.
