Welcome.
You can post things in the community once you reach Level 2 (5 comments). Copy and paste URL in the third icon.
You can post links and gifs and videos once you make 50 comments and 100 points (Level 3). Hope this helps

It won't help you, that's for sure.
And if you think that all your (copied/pasted/very unoriginal) answers were rejected before (leading to your hard work being destroyed), you ain't seen nothing yet.

It is showing a link, but I actually posted a picture as it would let me post a link. A link is something generally in the address bar of a browser. There's a real problem when a simple question "how long before you can post a link" requires clarification. If you don't understand the question, you really need to explain what it is you don't understand.
