Hi @Mollie4413 Welcome to our sweet and helpful community.
Have you signed in via a platform (e. B Facebook) or do you have a King account? Then your game will be synchronized.
If you still have the game on the old device, sign in to King. You go to Settings, Profile and enter your email address and a self-selected password. Then your current level is saved and you can log in to the new device and are exactly back to the current level.
