How do I exit a Fantastic Five team created by a friend?

@JQK No problem, I hope it works for you. Just in case it isn't clear you will have to leave the F5 feature turned off for quite awhile, but you will then have to turn the feature back on to start playing in a team again. If you can hold out I would suggest waiting a month.

Just realised that the only way to exit your own team that you created, is to join a new team. If that team does not have many active players, search for a new team to join. You can never be automatically be assigned to a new team if all the members does not collect enough points. You just need to keep searching and joining different teams until you can find a good team.
