I beat a level but the game won't advance.

I've beaten level 4233 four times now but each time I get an oops message and my win isn't counted. The message says "Not enough order targets available." I have to remove all the chocolate to beat the game but even though there are no more chocolate squares left, the count on the left says anywhere from one to eight still left. It's obviously a glitch so how do I get past this?

Chocolates reproduces when they are available on board. So you have to let them reproduce till the required number and when you are sure that you got that number then destroy all the chocolates. If you destroy all the chocolates before the target, you will get oops message which means you failed in accomplishing that target.

@glitterhare Hi and welcome, Hopefully the advice above regarding letting the chocolate spawn will help with your issue. If not post a screenshot of your starting board and we can test the level to find if there are any issues. need a screenshot as some levels have been changed around for some people so need to know the correct layout

Thanks for all the help. For some reason, I was fixated on the idea that I just had to clear all the chocolate to win. Reading your replies made me realize what I was doing wrong and I was able to beat the level.
