Please post your feedback in the post below. As explained to you before the levels are monitored by the game studio and only they can decide if the levels are amended or not. They will not amend a level just because you can not pass it. Put your feedback in the post below and maybe @LindQ will give you a reply

Level 9310 needs to be fixed
Earlier u give more moves n then reduce them

Level 9310 needs to be fixed, earlier moves are more and then you reduce the moves

@Rekha_Goenka The pre released Win 10 version of the game always has level with more moves. These are what the game studio use to get there data and feedback. They then amend any levels that are too easy hence you see levels with less moves. The post above is to give your feedback on the levels and you will see the game level designer answers quite a few posts there.
If you want the pre released levels you need to play via the Windows 10 app

This level have been tweaked and that’s why you’ve got a few moves less. I checked the level, the level is a bit hard but there is no error and in that case you have to send your feedback to the specific Thread.
Studio always keeps an eye on such threads, and in most cases the levels are re-tweaked based on player feedback.
