How can i recover my progress please?
Was at level 1379 in Candy crush Saga. Somehow on Sept 5 th the levels were not showing on the map...the buttons had no numbers on them. Waited till Sept 6, tried again but same thing, no numbers, therefore unable to play. Try to fix by updating, but no change. then decided to delete the app and reinstall it, this is when I lost all my progress. I am still trying to recover...I miss my Candy crush. I was not on facebook nor on kingdom.com but now am. I am begging you to please give me back my progress. This game helps me relax and fall asleep! Thank you very much ...Lainy

If you have previously saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom, your game progress is safe and you will get back game progress by logging in to the game again.
If you have not previously linked the game through any account, your game progress will be completely lost.
However there are various ways to get back game progress you will find details HERE.
