Each feature of the game is under the control of the test group and the group members are randomly selected. Studio is always working to improve these features so sometimes they are not available in the game so we cannot say for sure that you will always find such features in your game. Once the test is successful, you can get the feature back to the game at any time.

@Phil_Cannon Hi and welcome, the extra moves wheel is a test feature and is not guaranteed to be in your game all the time. Test features are groups of randomly selected people. This just means you may no longer be in the test group, but you could be again the future. It may also be missing due to a temporary problem.
For fantastic 5 feature Please try with disconnecting Facebook from the game. Force close the app and restart the device. Open the game again and connect to Facebook. see if this solves your problem

Very warm welcome to u in the community.
Very sorry for this but as told by my fellows that test features can go away at times for some maintenance purposes. Free move was also gone from me for 3 days back but today it came back along with video ads. Look at this screenshot
So be hopeful that ur special events can come back to u any time or u may get a new feature.

The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.
