Issues with server on PC Saga game

Hi. I have game on both iPhone and Windows PC. I keep having to reset PC game because it isn’t syncing game on both devices. It will be ok for that day and then next day get “can’t reach server-try again”.

Any idea what’s going on?

    Problem is only on PC with server issue.

    What format are you playing the game on PC. through web browser or windows 10 app

    @mclw Hi Again,

    If thats the case as the windows 10 app version of the game is totally synced with king servers , i would log out to save your game and uninstall and reinstall the app. You should keep everything and only lose any lives you have stored. So probably the best option to solve any issues

    Hi Freddy/ thanks. I’ve tried that and will probably try again. It seems to work and then starts glitching again. May have to live with it!
