When playing a hard level, or a nightmarishly hard level I always choose the appropriate chocolate from the box first. As I know I will eventually complete the level it makes sense to complete another action at the same time. Also only having to complete the level can be quicker than just collecting a certain amount of coloured candy. This means I complete the Chocolate Box quickly as I can choose a different chocolate on the very next level.

If I get stuck on a level I will often switch my chocolate to collect a certain number of coloured candy as I know when I am stuck I will be crushing candy anyway.

Never encountered a chocolate box in all my time playing the game. At what point does this get rolled out to all players? Or is it still in a trial after almost 17 months? People designed and built a rocket and landed on the moon faster than this has been rolled out to everyone.
