Progress Synchronisation isn’t working
I have tried every troubleshooting tip you had to offer to resolve this issue but have not achieved anything out of it, so please don't send me the same links again and again and resolve my issue. My current level is 7746 on both iPhone 6 & 8 - they’re my daughters phones. But, I’m on level 7686 on my iPhone 11! When I login on the laptop with the same Facebook account of course, I’m again on level 7686. I tried everything and I can't sync my progress. Please look into the matter and help me to resolve this bug.

The problem isn't with your phone or computer, it means your game progress isn't syncing with the server from the device where you passed levels 7686 to 7746. In that case, you need to check if your game is fully connected to the server on the device that you are at level 7746. If you have a connection problem with the game app, you will not be able to access the Daily Booster wheel or exchange lives.

Thank you for all replies. I emailed the support team and they were absolutely amazing! They had to reset my account back to level 1 and then put it back on level 7746. That forced my games to synch again. And it worked! Now I’m on the same level on all my devices. Thank you again!! X
