Bug on level 463

Hello, I've been stuck on level 463 for a couple of days and it looked impossible even though it's a basic level. I went onto the wiki and it says level 463 is supposed to have 30 moves - however I only start with 12 moves. Is this a bug?

All my devices still showing 30 moves for this level.

Please try checking your game is up to date and log out and clear the cache from your app store or browser. restart your deivce and log back in and see if this resolves your issue

Level 463 its look into . They are tweaking and updating many levels at the moment. Some levels to harder and other to more easier. Therefore the versions can be different on different devices until all platforms are updated.

Thank you! Uninstalled and reinstalled candy crush and now I have the full 30 moves.

Hello! I play on king.com and I still have this problem. I logged out and back in and deleted my browser cache but I still get 12 moves in this level and I am thus, stuck. Is there anything else I can do? And when will this bug be fixed?

@ForestFairy Hi , Only what you have already done, for me i have 30 moves not sure why you would not have the same. Would not reinstall as you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES
