Why episode race is stuck for my account?
Hi Team,
I'm Shalini Jaiswal.. Playing Candy Crush for so long (even though I don't know the actual time.. LOL ) but from last year I'm facing one issue in my account, which is Episode Race, that is not working properly.. I always thought it would be fine after the update but didn't get it solved..
It's a humble request for you to please check and solve it in my account if possible.

Make sure update your Apps .
The Episode Race is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

Normally resetting the cache on your device will solve this kind of issue, but if you are still having the same issue only other thing i could suggest would be to uninstall and reinstall the app but if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
