It seems that this problem it's been presenting itself for a couple of years now. All the money that this app makes and still not being able to fix it after all this time. Always missing lives and items but this one is the hardest. Been trying for days to get in my game without success. I didn't change my password or anything. Keep up the money sucking and fail the people who love the game. Cheers
@alexutzualx55 We are just the community we can only try to help and advise, so you are aiming your frustrations in the wrong direction. maybe you need to take your gripe up with customer support.
As for your issue i am guessing you already know that uninstalling and reinstalling is the only option at present, but if a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES

Please don't get mad, I understand your frustration but you won't solve anything by being in a bad mood. This connection problem has nothing to do with King, that's why it has been investigating for so long, they are specific failures in the devices. The reason is unknown. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Some players solved it by taking the steps indicated by Freddy. Other players fixed it by turning off device connections for a few seconds with the game open. When I reconnected the device everything worked fine. There are even gamers who fixed it by switching from Wi-Fi to data or from data to Wi-Fi.
The solution is to try all the options that you can think of.
