Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

I have done al of the above and still remains the same. My husband plays to and his is ok. And my sons, 100+ Gig internet so it’s not the internet
any other advice ?

Oh no. I also found such a problem in my game.😌

Still having problems with profile spinning & some of my friends are to on Candy Crush Saga. I have cleared out my cache, restarted both my tablet & PC. What is the problem?

Hello, Yep same problem here..did all of the above, nothing worked. Several of my facebook friend have the same problem, Avatar is spinning.

I am experiencing the same issue on my iPad. Not using Facebook. Aviator is spinning. I still play but I also find that when the sugar star bubble shows up it does NOT disappear so it ends up hiding some of the tiles so it is difficult to continue with the game. I have tried logging out restarting my iPad and restarting the app. No such luck.
