Why can't I connect to app store?

    Hi and Welcome to our Community

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

    Hello

    first of please don’t take offense but please check to see if it takes mobile data along with WiFi sometimes it depends on your service

    next just in case do you have a card linked to the play store yet ? You need a card linked and I think a Apple or Samsung ID you need to be signed in too

    if so make sure your card is updated and it’s compatible with the play store App

    And that your password is correct for App Store

    next make sure your date and time is correct and check your automatic time zone is correct

    turn phone on or restart

    Reset network settings

    try signing out of the Apple ID sign back in if still not fixed

    see if you need an update

    mid all fails contact your phone or net service

    Welcome to the sweet King Community.

    I'm sorry you're having this problem. It has been under investigation for a long time. Some players managed to fix this by turning off the device's internet connections for a couple of minutes with the game open. Turning the connections back on everything worked fine. For others the solution was to switch from data to WiFi or vice versa. All the options you can think of are good to try. You can read more about this 👉 HERE.

    @kmack1908 Hi and welcome,

    If the tips above do not resolve your issue you may find you have the long standing connection issue and if this is the case then you may need to uninstall and reinstall but if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES.

    You can contact customer support to see if they can help with the issue first but fear this may be the only option
