An item that Let’s you freeze any one full role of candies in place vertical, horizontal, or diagonal while other candies continue to full around them after making your move. you would select the role you want to freeze before you make your original move this would be cool to use when you have like 3 really great candy line ups like a cookie next to a bomb but say you have another cookie on the bottom that would be destroyed in the path of the first cookie you would select the Hand of heaven then freeze the Second cookie and role in whatever Direction to save for later (after your original move) then make your original move then after it would de-select your role you could then use the second cookie like you wanted

This seems like a really cool idea. It is not something I have seen suggested before, and I think it fits in nicely with the ideals of Candy Crush
Players far more advanced than me might see some issues with, but I can't see any myself. Far too often I have tried to line up a striped/wrapped candy only for a random cascade to spoil my plans.
