ads for extra moves or lives on my Android phone.

Still not able to watch ads for extra moves or lives on my Android phone. I uninstalled, shut off and turned on phone, reinstalled Candy Crush Soda Saga but still the same issues. Will this be fixed?

    @daysgoby Hi Again,

    I have played the game for over 8 years and have never had video ads, as explained in my first post not everyone gets the the feature and those who do are randomly selected and they will change from time to time.

    Hi and welcome to our Community

    The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.

    This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

    So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

    @daysgoby Hi and welcome,

    The video ads feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems

    To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible

    I did all that. I was always getting the ads for extra lives and moves before. This all happened after all the updates and I rolled back to previous install and still the same. I reinstalled the game but still problems. I get a black screen with an x in the corner and then an OOPS!!!

    Its been going on for the last couple of weeks. the game was working perfectly fine before. ads and videos for extra lives and moves worked fine. I think it happened after an update so I reinstalled the game but still no ads for extra lives.

    I want to get advertisements because it is helpful to me when I get health or items, I previously got it but now I don't have it.
