Still have not had levels restored after a quick reply from king since then nothing's happened hope I don't loose my levels gold bars etc
I have same isssues. 3 rd time stealing my gold bars levels paid lots of money buying items and have lost them also class action lawsuit anyone?

If you lose any items that you have paid for then you need to contact King directly as this community can't help with purchases.
Yes I have always been promptly refunded with extra boosters when I have contacted King. I feel as though something isn't happening on one end because I can't see this still happening
go to bottom of page and hit the contact us to file your complaint. they always have reponded to me right away and settled all issues quickly and fairly.as I am inthe high 9000's I've had several issues all settled .good luck !!

Did you email Player Support directly from the Help Center in the game?
Could you let me know your Game ID so I can check up what happened to the reply from Player Support?

My account keeps getting lost and each time I have to start all over.
@PiperDelainey you can try contacting player support from your game app to see if they can help you with recovering your king account. They may need your player id for the same.
