Hi everyone
I apologize if this is something already addressed but I've been trying to get any help for awhile. So...google play points (android, google) I have earned many points thru the play store and when you want to use them, many King games are listed.
I used my points for a $5 coupon for Candy crush specifically and was never able to find/use I it within the game app.
Google told to try again, King community says coupons are not valid.
I'm unable to get a refund after several emails with Google, I can get over it lol. But, before other users lose money I feel that something should be addressed. If these are not offered, Google should remove the king games. If we are able to than we would like to know how.

All issues and questions regarding Google Play Points, or any payment or purchase issues with your Google Play account, please contact Google Play Support directly.
All purchases and payments in all games and apps on Android devices are handled by Google.
We at King do not have any access to their Play Points system, the payments or player's Google Play accounts.
