Level 2
Me and my partner both play and have different email accounts and are on totally different levels. The other day I logged on my account and my partners name and levels are on my account. I don’t know what has happened to my levels and don’t know how to get back. Can you help?

Can you confirm once again whether the Game ID of both the accounts is the same?
No the Game IDs are different. We have different e-mail accounts and passwords. This is why I cannot understand how two different accounts have synced.

As far as i am aware two king accounts cannot merge. So may be worth you checking your device and game are up to date and log out, then clear the cache from your browser or app store entirely. Restart the device and log back in with only the details of the account that seems to have changed and see if it resolves the issue.

This is probably due to an error, however you can try to find a solution through reinstall the game app.(To do this you will lose the stored boosters)
If no solution is found, your levels can be reset by manual restore.
It is very strange indeed. I retrieve my progress, log in with my e-mail and my partner's photo, name and levels are under my e-mail account??? I have uninstalled the app many times and it is still the same. If I edit the name back to my name, my name then shows on my partner's e-mail account??? I have cleared the cache and the game is up-to-date....still no joy

If this is the case and its your account that is messed up and your partners ok. you will need to create a new king account and then get customer support to manually restore you levels to your new account.
You will need to supply them your new game ID for them to restore your levels to the correct account
Unfortunately, your account have been merged with another and it will not be possible to separate the two accounts again. Any one of you needs to create a new account and we will restore the game progress to the new account.
I understand this is very frustrating for you but at the moment this is the only way.
You can let me know your new game ID and what level you were at.
