Sometimes you don't see it right away, play a level and it could be on it because the Soiuel is updated. Please also clear the cache. Otherwise, please take the picture and send it to support under Contact. You can read everything in the Help Center under Gold Bars and Buy and follow the steps.

Hello @wadsworthlady if you receive the first two rewards, but not the last I would guess that you might be suffering from the well known graphics glitch.
The result of the glitch is that your F5 team board indicates that you have 7000 points when in reality you don't.
If you look at the screenshot below you will see what I mean. It looks like I have got 7000 points, but when you add up the individual scores it is obvious that I haven't.
When this happens just keep playing until there is a tick in the 7000 point box.

What actually happens is that we get really close (last time score was 6985), then one of the team must reach the 7000 while I am not playing, and when I log in again, we are back to zeros, and I have no rewards. Two days ago, when the score was 6985, I had to log out because I ran out of lives. I logged back in right away, and we were at zero! No rewards. This has happened 5 times this month - very frustrating.
