I accidentally put the wrong age on candy crush and now I’m permanently banned!

As the question says I was banned for being underage because I accidentally set my birth year to this year, even though my account is connected to a Facebook which is clearly over 18, which I am, and I’ve contacted customer support first couple messages got though but heard nothing since, is there anyway I could be unbanned as I’ve been playing for years, thanks

I certainly don't understand that you've been locked out of the game because of age. I never heard that you had to be of legal age to play CCS. But tell me ... if you've been playing for so many years, what account did you play with? Why did your age suddenly change? If you managed to talk to support, what did they tell you? Do you have a reference number for those messages?
Maybe you should talk to them again. If you give me the information I ask for, I will try to help you.
