This isn't an issue that I have seen before, but I think all you can do is contact King directly. Apparently it is best if you do this from your game as detailed below.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
Other than that have you ensured that your app is at the lateat version? Also it is worthwhile clearing your app cache/browser history.
