More prizes for Space Race competition

Currently, only first place winner gets a prize on this competition. I feel like at least second and third place winners should also win something. I feel like such a waste of time when I tried to be in the race and I got second or third place and I didn’t get anything. More so when I use boosters just to get a chance for few more colour bombs.
I would feel better if I get something getting rather than nothing.

@Crazy Cat Lad Ordinarily, I'd say "Suck it up and keep playing--or not", but a valid point has been raised.
This is the 3rd week I'm at Jazz Jubilee, the last "battle," and all 3 weeks the first place person has collected 10,000+ color bombs whereas I and everyone else in my board collects a distant 4,000 or so at most.
The first place person is clearly playing level 3309, the level that generates endless cascades with endless color bombs, and the rest of us are nowhere near that level (I assume--I certainly am not).
It's unfair to pair players like us with those players higher on the map. Tell the game team to address that matter.
