Why can’t I log into king acc on candy crush?

Is there a problem with the servers because I have been unable to play Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Soda Saga, for the last 2 days. I have cleared out my temp files, re-started my computer several times with no luck

If the steps HERE doesn't help, please play via the Windows app instead until the game is working for you again.

You can download the Windows app from HERE if you have a Windows PC, when opening the game, connect it to your Facebook to sync all levels.

When i attempt to play the game i am asked to provide my date of birth, but when i do it still does not allow me to progress to the game?

This age control is now being rolled out since you will need to be at least 18 years old to be able to play all King games. If you are over 13 years old, you can play most of the King games with the approval from your legal guardian.

When entering your date of birth and you don't accomplish this, then the game will be blocked.

I've been using King.com to play for some time.

Yesterday when I opened the page, I see all the games, but when I click on any of them, nothing happens. I've signed out, back in. Restarted the computer. Nothing works.
