Having the same issue. Nothing works. Tried turning the computer off for 10 seconds, tried clearing my start up to minimize background apps, even a different browser. It's still doing the same thing. (all above was offered as suggestions from King.com help center. *sigh*

I have now checked the Kingdom platform and everything is normal for me. However, you probably have Ad Blocker installed on your browser so you can check again to see if you can find any Ad Blocker?
