23 starting moves for lvl 10129, not 30

It's strange, I'm starting lvl 10129 with 23 moves. I've looked up a few youtube clips of the level and they start with 30 moves. It's already a really hard level, but this makes it impossible without a lot of boosters. I've spend the whole day, using each life on my desktop and mobile, which is a LOT of lives, without getting close to finishing. Is anyone having the same problem?

Ah cool, thanks for info @Alienscar I saw a thread on the new levels mostly about 10116 but didn't see anyone mentioning this one. Hopefully King makes it easier soon.. I've got no boosters and won't pay for any. So might actually be a good time to quit the game since it's gotten too hard.
@kiara_wael I'm playing on the Facebook site through my desktop and through my android phone. Both are updated but I'm still getting 23 moves. It's ok, I think even if it was 26 it won't help much. Think I've gone through around 40-48 lives today on this one level and haven't come close to finishing it at all haha.
