Video don’t play but display black screen

Watch video for boosters. Always 1st and 2nd videos will play properly. However 3rd video will show black screen and I end up losing the life for the new game. Please assist. Thanks

Hello @SH_Lee check to see if you have enough free memory. The game recommended minimum of 2GB

Thanks for reported will give this feedback to the game Team, Make also sure that the app is updated and also your Android system is updated to latest available version, Check also that you have at least 2 GB of free memory on the device.

I have more than 40G free memory. App is also updated to latest version. Sometimes 1st or 2nd videos also don’t play and show black screen
