Hi... its my ID: 12931139819 for candy crush saga

I wrote you before, I have a problem, I cant open my store. I did all the steps, but my problem didnt solve. HELP MEEE :)

    Not sure what "store" you are talking about? Do you mean where you can purchase boosters?

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.
