Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

did not work. on the playstore there are several events, but it never appears to me.

From the Play Store you will find some special events for the description of the game but they are not available for every player. You did not receive a special event or feature because you do not belong to that test group and cannot be accessed through any troubleshooting steps.
All you have to do is keep the game app up to date and keep playing the game, you can get the feature in your game in the near future.😊
