The play on screen has been stuck with a bunch of arrows and can't get additional moves can it be fi

I have 45 gold bars and should be able to buy extra moves at the end of a level. However, the extra moves display is distorted and tapping on it does nothing. This has been going on for over a week. I’ve been stuck at a level I could have won 4 or 5 times because I can’t use extra moves.

That is not my problem. My problem has only been happening for the last week or so. Here is a screen shot of what I get. Tapping on the display does nothing.

I have tried this numerous times now, and it doesn't fix the problem. Can someone in tech look at it? Thanks.
